Boo, my weight is up 2oz, I know that’s a silly small amount, but when you lose 2oz you feel like you are getting somewhere.

But it’s ok, I’ll go for a run tonight, drink my water and hope to drop a lb tomorrow lol.

So excited about my holiday! Leaving Saturday afternoon to go to my sisters 2 hours away, and then we get up at the crack of dawn Sunday for our flight! By Sunday afternoon I’ll be by the pool reading ( I hope!)

I hope my holiday goes really slow….

Im trying to decide if I will eat what I want while I’m away. Surely I’ve given up wheat because a) it make you fat and b) isn’t really that healthy.

Maybe if I want some carbs it will have to be potato based or rice. (chips here we come haha)

I will bring some oatbran with me, but we’ll see if I eat any. Will definately be eating lots of fresh fish and vegetables. It is Spain after all!

La la La La lA lA….HEY (sing song-y people train song)

I’m trying to cut down on the amount of eggs and red meat I’m eating. I probably have 3 eggs a day, 2 boiled and then one in the bread/pancake or whatever oat bran food I make.  The reason for this is that I keep getting a funny smell and it’s not my breath. It might not have anything to do with eggs, I don’t know. But I don’t like it.

Right, I need to look for some travel insurance………………
