hello hello

quick post……

weight: still 10.7 last 2 days

Food: ok, the usual, yoghurt, eggs, had half a dukan pizza last night and some chips (woooops!) salad etc

havent been for a run since last week, too lazy on Tuesday and was in a bad mood yesterday. I’m sure if Id gone for a run I would have cheered up. My excuse tonight is I have to go to college straight after work to enrol for AAT level 4.

Which is going to cost me an arm and a leg….

Yup, positive post!!! muah hahah!!

    You are doing great, there is nothing wrong with maintaining your weight! Cheer up and feel fabulous… AND PUT DOWN THOSE CHIPS! 😉
