Day 6 & 7

So, it’s my first weekend on the diet.

I did ok on both days and still lost a bit of weight each day.

Saturday I had porridge then some ham with Philadelphia light inside for lunch. 

I went to my sister and her husband’s house for dinner. Chicken soup to start, beef curry for main ( sans the rice) and didn’t have any pudding. I did have one Bacardi and 2 small glasses of red wine though oops!!

Still lost a tiny bit this morning so the total weight loss now is: 4.5 lbs!!

Today I had yoghurt with oat bran sprinkled in, which was good then fried eggs and bacon (cut off any fat) for lunch and for dinner grilled chicken with paprika and broccoli and cauliflower! Yup, I can eat vegetables again woohoo!!

SO, I am now officially in Phase 2.
